Are Your Church Members Under-Employed?
This was pretty powerful thought. One of my biggest “things” is that we often get way too comfortable in doing things as we have always done them. Meanwhile the church’s membership is growing, we are moving into larger buildings, the number of ministries is growing but not really what we do or how we do it. We more often attempt to make the needs of the new situation mold itself to our current way of “doing business” hmmmmm….
